I decided to time how long it took me to do one of my pictures. I timed and scanned each step, and tomorrow I'm setting up a little page analyzing my art technique.

Right now, I need sleep if I'm gonna be up to check for Turtles on PR tomorrow. I'm so glad I know how the eps start so I don't have to watch more than a few minutes before I'll know whether it's the right one or not.

Wow...another awesome drawing, Kali! I love your character designs...and I didn't know you were working on a novel! :eek: Btw, I liked the little study you did. I knew you put a lot of work into your art, but I had no idea how much time you put into it nor did I know how many steps it took you to come up with the finished product. I thought it was very interesting to read about how you draw all of your pictures.... Very cool! :thumbsup:

Btw, I taped the PR/TMNT crossover, and I loved it! I'm not a big fan of PR: Lost In Space, but throw a little TMNT in there, and the show suddenly gets very appealing. :lol:

I know. Even though they had the voices wrong, and it was a little... off... I still enjoyed it very much. :D

That was a complex picture. As I said, I usually spend less time on them. And that's just one technique, I used several different art mediums, that's just the technique I use most.

The novel is just a little side project. It's basically a handful of character sketches and an outline at the moment. It's one of those things I'm gonna spend a few years on and then try and get published. *crosses her fingers*

I thought it was hilarious. If you liked, or at least laughed at TNM, you would have enjoyed it. Just like PR, and most of TNM, it was way over the top, but it wasn't exactly meant to be believable, ya know.

*In regard to TNM/PR* Well, other than the usual traveling around in groupies talking about the little irritating things in life, that Saban teens do, until the funky looking bad guy comes in to make their day... what did they do in that ep?

Well, the TMNT didn't actually show up until the very last part of the first ep. The villainess kinda kidnapped and brainwashed them. Then they were sent to destroy one of the monsters and "rescue" the PR. When they got on the PR's ship, they took over.

Eventually the TMNT got unbrainwashed and retook the ship from the bad guys, then saved the PR again. They get to go home to New York on those weird space/sky board things.

There's like the entire transcript over at Cherubae's site (http://www.fogu.com/nttnm/episodes/episodes4.shtml).

The pyramids of the Technodrome were first brought into existence by yours truly. I think it was in my welcome thread (yes, I was a newbie at some point...though it seems like a long time ago ;) ). For some reason, the newbie party turned into a paintball fight, so I hid behind the pyramids throughout the battle. Ever since then, the pyramids have become a part of the Technodrome landscape, along with the pool, hot tub, and buildings. And thus concludes our Technodrome history lesson for the day. :D
*continues running, hoping that all the glitter falls off*
