Yesterday I was at my local 2nd hand shop looking for Vintage TMNT figures like I often do. They didn't have any but they did have this item:

I have never seen or heard of this before. Does anybody have any info about it they could share? It has a $40 price tag on it so I wonder if it is worth it.

Thanks.

I have one loose one and a second mint in sealed box. I dont know if 40 is alot or not prices flux with everything. Looks like ebay has loose ones going for 29 plus shipping right now.

I had one way back when. It was great fun for short car trips!

I feel like it could've been based off of that ball game the turtles played at the beginning of one episode, well of course not but it still reminded me of it. Does anyone know how you played the game?
