Krang/Shredder in the Cyro Chamber?

In the Mega Bloks set with Krang, Shredder has a peg on his back. This is displayed in the building guide by Krang holding Shredder over the Chamber. Did this happen in the film? Shredder was dropped and frozen, but was there a Cyro Chamber? Was this yet another cut scene?

Well, they show Krangs "toy chest" which is a gigantic room filled with frozen containers, each having a different kind of life form within. Shredder was frozen & dropped in on an automated platform though, so the scene didn't quite go as that set suggests. It's definitely possible elements of it were cut, given we had no resolution for the villains.
