So do any of you maniacs collect TMNT records? I've had the first movie soundtrack on vinyl for years, but just recently picked up a fantastic copy of the SOTO soundtrack. I'm a bit of a completionist for certain things, so there's a huge temptation to start scour eBay for the 45s and 12" singles from the movies... maybe even COMING OUT OF THEIR SHELLS.

Any other TMNT vinyl collectors around here? Here's my stuff, along with a few extra Ya Kid K records.

I know what you mean about the completist thing. I've contemplated going back to get more after I got the 'Turtle Power' LP.

This specific photo/'record isn't mine, only for reference. I picked this LP up because I had the chance to meet Rich from partners in kryme in 2014. I had him and a "bored out of his mind" Eastman sign it. The show was a
Utter failure for the promoter but because of that many of the guests lounged around and did free autographs and spent lots of time just BSing with those few that came.

Nice! That is definitely on my list of records to pick up. There were more singles released from the soundtrack than I realized.

I almost always like to buy vinyl I find in the wild, but eBay or Discogs might be required for this sort of thing. I know most of TMNT records released were only sold in the UK.

I've been collecting vinyl since probably the mid-90s, so it's a fun mix of hobbies. Vinyl pressing was pretty low by the time the TMNT movies hit. Vinyl was still pretty big with club DJs, so most hip hop/dance stuff was pressed, especially in Europe. Although my music tastes usually differ from 90s house music, I have a ton of nostalgic love for the stuff.

TMNT vinyl isn't super expensive, especially once you get into the singles/EPs. I've found that it's incredibly hard to find in the wild. The SOTO soundtrack is probably the most costly, but I got a great deal on my copy.

I think it's something I might start getting into myself, inspired by the soundtrack to, "Over the Garden Wall" that I picked up a few weeks ago.

It just...sounds so nice.
