I could have sworn there was a two-headed Foot Soldier in some issue of TMNT Adventures, but I've tried Google, my stack of books, and a brief scroll through TMNT Entity and I haven't found squat.

Am I just senile?

Considering that I'm not sure it existed in the first place now, no, I'm not.

I don't know, just there were super- and giant Foot soldiers in some Archie issues.
