Looks like TMNT will be included in the 'Loot Crate', 'Loot Wear' and 'Loot Pets' boxes this month.
Anyone have any idea what items will be included?

I usually avoid loot crate, but this month has franchises I do like. I'm hoping the tmnt thing is something cool.

I speculate it will be crap you could buy cheaper at your local dollar store and maybe an exclusive comic or something.

Also a T-Shirt featuring a "pop culture mash up", of course.

Lootcrate is the biggest waste of money ever. A glorified shoebox full of Dollar Store crap. Also it seems most youtuber's have sold there souls to them.

I had a Lootcrate subscription for a year. While it was nice that occasionally you get some exclusive Funko Pops or weird surprises, you also end up with stuff you don't need. I have a box full of stuff i don't want. The Tshirts are cool though.

What kind o' swanky Dollar Stores y'alls shop at? My brother was getting these for a long time and I don't remember seeing anything that was less than a tenner in stores.

I love Ashens. It doesn't get much better than an inflatable crown.

Subscribed for the LootWear Tees, as this month it will be TMNT.

9 euros for a TMNT shirt is not bad, especially here in EU

There's an unboxing video on YouTube that shows all the items that are in the 'Loot Crate' box:

In terms of TMNT, it includes an exclusive pin, and a Geeki Tikis mini Tiki mug (5 to collect).

The Tiki mugs will also be available to purchase from 'Loot Vault' at some point.

I'm actually okay with this assortment. I want a Donnie or Mikey cup the most though.

Received the Loot Crate box today, got the Shredder Geeki Tiki. :shredder:
I must say that the box did not disappoint. :)

Saw this pic of all of the tiki mugs.

The next set of Beeline Creative’s Geeki Tikis is based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The pictured mini shot glass-style stackable tikis of Shredder, Raphael, Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Donatello will be a Loot Crate exclusive in this month’s box. I’m sure normal sized mugs are probably also in the works.

I like that they're stackable... I may need to watch eBay for any. :D

Man I like those tiki glasses. Seems like something that would be a set at Spencers. Hopefully I randomly find them one day.

Look like they'd be good for shot glasses.

I like these, but the loot crate store had them for $10.99 and the ebay prices atm are a bit much for me to want to collect them all. Maybe I'll bite if they do a full sized set, they're too small to do much besides have random knick knacks for me to leave out and collect dust.

Got my crate today. Got the Leonardo tiki. Anybody who gets a Don and wants to trade, let me know.

I was lucky enough to get the Shredder tiki which is sold out at the Loot Vault. I had to complete the set so I ordered the turtles. There is a coupon code for I think 15% off. Better than nothing I suppose. The thing is though I ordered back around Jan 24th I think and they still haven't shipped. There site says items typically ship out 2-3 weeks from ordering, which is kind of different.

I got the Shredder tiki as well. The price it fetched was unbelievable. Everything else in there? Baubles.

Does every month's crate have a TMNT item in it?

No. This is only the second or perhaps third time in the last two years that it had TMNT related items. Though they did have essentially a TMNT themed box one month.

The themes change every month and so do the items. So there's always something interesting, but chances are good that some/a lot of months it just may not be of much interest to you. But even when I haven't cared much for the theme, there was usually relatively interesting stuff in the box. And the boxes themselves can generally be flipped inside out to do something interesting. (one month had a Walking Dead mask printed inside the box, one month the box folded up into a car, another box folded up into Harley Quinn's big mallet) For me, a lot of the items became gifts for other people. And that was pretty cool since there were generally some pretty unusual items included.

My opinion on these crates is they're awesome, IF you don't have much knowledge of the merchandise and/or don't buy merchandise elsewhere.
For example, I bought a different sub box, I think it was called Hero Crate. Bought it because they do a single hero each month. They said this month would be TMNT. I thought hey I can't lose there! This particular sub box company has no exclusives. So it ended up being a bunch of stuff I already had or had already seen and didn't want.
Another example is the lone Lootcrate I got because the theme was speed, they said they'd include items from Transformers (check), back to the future (check), and the clincher for me something from mad max, of which I am a huge fan and since there's not much merchandise for so I thought it was unlikely they would include something I already had. Wrong. The mad max item was actually a smaller, soft cover version of a book I already had. The back to the future itwm was also a smaller less interesting version of a Delorean model I already had. So it was all cool stuff, but didn't do much good for me personally. My favorite piece was the pin of the month.
That said, the geeki tikis actually look quite rad, but not enough for me to buy a whole crate with all that other crap in it.

I was lucky enough to get the Shredder Tiki mug which I sold on eBay for $35 within an hour of listing it. The rest of the crap I unloaded for $20. I will be interested in seeing if the next crate fares as well from a business perspective.

I forgot to mention in my previous post, if you are on the fence, keep in mind that they end up with extras of most of their exclusive items. So they now sell them through their more traditional online store, the Loot Vault (https://vault.lootcrate.com/?utm_source=lootcrate-nav&_ga=1.212851156.1932364186.1469751002). So as an example, with the Geeki Tikis I was able to go there and buy the four Turtles for just $10 each. (I got Shredder in my actual Loot Crate box.) So if you want to save money or are just more discerning, you can just cherry pick the few items you really like rather than paying for a whole box full of stuff about which you probably don't care that much.
