A 24 story block flat caught fire last night just before 1am and it spread very quickly. The fire still isn't out yet.

Not sure what started the fire but they think it happened on 4th floor

Up to 600 people live in the tower block. 74 people are injured, 6 Confirmed dead but that is expected to rise.

When the fire was first reported, people were told to stay in there flats but the fire spread very quickly leaving them trapped.

Apparently people who lived there, complained it was fire risk. It had recently had a refurbishment, the walls were fitted with plastic cladding. Also there wasn't a sprinkler system.

Not just London, the whole of England.

3 Terroist attacks
Brexit
****** election and the outcome of that is that Tories and DUP will probably joining up, which could be bad thing.
And now this big fire.

Seeing reports that always didn't go off, and that Muslims in the building up for Ramadan banged on doors to get people out.

The death toll is rising from that incident and there was the van running over pedestrians and the occupants going on a stabbing spree and now this.

I guess time will tell, but from the folks that I know who live there...it isn't.

I find it kind of funny that the UK, of all places, doesn't like having to live by rules set up by people other than them.
Doing that very thing is like, their entire history.

There was another terror attack in North London last night, a Muslim mosque came under attack from a maverick driver. Ten injured, one dead.

In a show of compassion where it wasn't needed, several of the Mosque protected the assailant from an unruly crowd until the authorities arrived.
