why? What happened to him so far?

Well he's lost everything exept for his head so far, by the looks of it.

Baxter lost his left eye originally, for his failure with the mousers. He was punished again, for the failure of his foot tech ninjas. When he returned after that punishment, he was in a robotic wheelchair, with a robotic left hand and neckbrace. And then, he built his exosuit and got defeated by both Shredder and the Turtles. Donny fired a missle at him, and he went flying and exploded. Now he's back again, as nothing more then a head. With a robotic beetle/spider conveience. :)

Of course I was saying the NTML that I dunno how he could still be alive after all that. Unless his body got extremely mutated or something. Oh sure, I know ppl all the time that have their bodies blown up and only their head/brain remains! A regular Krang! But yeah I don't remember how he became this body-less thing. I need to see the last eps of Season 1 I think it was.
