Help ME!

I just downloaded some TMNT episodes from mIRC. I am trying to play them on Windows media player but it just says "The file format is invalid". Can someone help me?

Firstly this is in wrong place. Do you have divx codec installed?

If you do, then are you sure your file is complete? If it's incomplete it wont work...

Yeah I'm sure, it's 442,842 bytes. It should be finished.

440,000 bytes? that's definitely not complete. My advice is try playing it in real player because most versions of real player will play incomplete divx files. Although for some people (such as Nicko) this doesn't work.

Ok, but how long does it take for a file to download, like 8 or 24 hours? And I just download divx so do I just download the file and drag it into divx and let divx play it and then play realplayer, or do I have to do something else?

i'd say u burn mIRC

really 440,000 bytes??? it could be a hoax or a super large virus. never trust sources unless u know where the source is coming from. booyah!!
