cuz i want a game in japanese. some think that its dumb to get the imports but i happen to like them. i just like the japanese language

They released a lot of the TMNT games in Japan. There are Japanese versions of Turtles in Time and Tournament Fighters(Mutant Warriors in Japan). I believe all of the Genesis,SNES,Gameboy and NES(all of the NES except one I think NES Tournament Fighters) were released in Japan. Some were released under different names.

The new TMNT 2003 game hasn't been released in Japan.

I blame this mostly on the fact that the cartoon ITSELF isn't airing in Japan.

Remember, Hyperstone Heist on the Megadrive, was called "Return Of Shredder" in Japan.
