I do not. I had the Ultimate hardcovers buy just sold that set. I used to use a website called tiny pic to post pictures, but that’s not working anymore. Any suggestions how to post pictures?

How much is the shipping for Canada?

But then again I though missing only the unofficial 8.5 wouldnt break the official run to futur sell.

I guess you’re right. To be honest, it really wouldn’t be worth my time to ship one book out. If there are some free standers you need like say BodyCount then I guess I would. Otherwise you’d have to commission a custom binding job through a company like I did.

Funny, I DO need bodycount too. But maybe its too expensive to ship both to Canada, Quebec?
