Figured I'd start this thread sooner than later, since production news should be rolling out in the near future.

Director James Wan said the tone is going to be more "fun" than the one established in BvS-DoJ.

I'm hoping we see some seriously cool **** with this movie. I have high hopes.

Is "fun" saying its going to be like all the Marvel movies? :ohwell:

Meanwhile, back in Justice League HQ..... Aquaman enjoys a tuna sandwich.

Movie better be outrageous.

If Aquaman doesn't say it at least once, I'll be highly disappointed.

Oh, jeez.. So soon after the Flash director bails out, too. Can we just pull the plug on this entire universe and start over already?

My dream, is to roll up on a Pinkberry, and give Snyder a really hard time with my order, then get him fired.

I don't mind some of these announced films being cancelled, DC just kind got really excited at announcing things a la Marvel but that shouldn't be what they should be doing. Let us enjoy JL and see what characters we want to have their own solo movie. I am a little saddened by losing Flash if we do though since he's my favorite DC hero. But yeah I don't want a Cyborg or Aquaman movie, at least not yet. They really need to refocus on what they do, and i liked BvS, I just don't want them to be exactly like Marvel because they can't they need to have their own approach.

Well, while I do want an Aquaman movie, I haven't been impressed with Khal Drogo as Arthur. I want it to look more like the New 52... where he doesn't have to look like some bearded savage to be badass--he simply IS badass.

Meh. I prefer his look since it's pretty much based on Peter David's Aquaman, minus the blond hair. That's the only complaint I have considering how there's actually history behind the idea of it being considered as part of a curse in "The Atlantis Chronicles" by Peter David.

Move Momoa to Lobo, Hire a new blonde ambition into Aquaman.

Better yet, reboot TMNT, and make him Casey Jones.

Hey, I like beards and broodiness. But it simply looks too Game of Thrones... like the guy is incapable of playing anyone else. Seriously, looking at that Aquaman, do you honestly expect him to wield a vocabulary of more than 50 words? :tlol:

Never heard of him, which is good. He won't mind having the mask on for the majority of the movie.

Yahya will soon be seen in the "Baywatch" movie as a cop who gets annoyed alot by Dwayne "Black Adam" Johnson... :lol:
