Very impressive work! I'm mulling over some ideas on building one... but space is my biggest issue right now. Plus I have a 2 year old and I don't like building just to rebuild...

You could always make a modular diorama. The dio in the picture above has everything fixed in place, which makes it a huge pain in the arse to store (it's 18"x18"x14" and weighs a ton), so I made my second one able to come apart. The building pop off the base and slot in together, it's much easier to store and display.

this is the issue I'm having as well. I constructed mine on a 4' shelf and now I'm about to move and I have no idea what I'm going to do with it. Absolutely go modular if it isn't too late.
