Mike and Raph Podcast

Does anyone remember this? (or have a copy) I vaguely remember Mike and Raph answering questions from fans. (Mike mispronounces Saiyan)

This was a thing? I'm pretty sure I would have remembered this. Was it a one time event with voice actors on a panel or an ongoing program?

vexdar 03-09-2017 08:38 PM

It was on 4kids website. Found it on wayback machine (a little while back), but can't listen to it. It was probably made during the Fast Foward series because one of the questions was "How do you guys like the future"

I remember it. The respective voice actors for the characters played them. I think that Raphael spends most of the podcast getting pissed at Mikey, of course.

I hope someone has this saved, I'd love to hear it. Sounds hilarious.

TheSkeletonMan939 03-13-2017 02:59 PM

Holy moley, how did you even find anything on the WayBack Machine?
All the archives I've found of CW4Kids.com circa 2008/9 are the most bare-bones pieces of crap you'll ever see. The MP3 might have been saved somewhere but I'm having trouble finding a version of the website that even works.

vexdar 03-16-2017 05:54 PM

Sorry, I meant I found some comments that talked about the podcast.

Have any of you tried YouTube?

MikeandRaph87 03-16-2017 06:33 PM

I remember this. It was an audio clip from the summer of 2008 ahead of what would be the final season of the 2003 cartoon. It was a one off thing where the duo took questions related to FastForward and getting home. Mike, as you can guess annoyed Raph during the majority of it. I know it was in the 4Kids.tv website that has long since been taken down. Was it ever saved somewhere? I don't know. I have my doubts.

I remember listening to that. It was funny. I think they were trying to test the waters and make it into a regular online series, though I'm guessing there weren't enough people interested in it.

I've actually got it right here. Enjoy!

Naw, I just know what it's like to search for something and never find someone who has it. Just glad I can be that someone this time.

TheSkeletonMan939 03-21-2017 04:39 PM

Awesome, thank you!

Powder 03-21-2017 04:42 PM

Sweeeeet. Can someone upload it to a site that doesn't require you to link your social media account to download it? Sendspace, Mediafire, anything.

MikeandRaph87 03-21-2017 04:50 PM

Yeah, I would like to listen to it myself, but not have the account hurdle. Perhaps make a YouTube upload with a obivious fair use claim to avoid being taken down.

Powder 03-21-2017 05:05 PM

You can listen to it on the site, teach. Just can't DL it straight away.

It wasn't working on my Android. Its working perfectly fine on my laptop. It was a matter of the device I was on.

The TMNT Podcast brought up a good point,so the TMNT were not brought back to the exact time they were plucked. They were brought back one year from then. That being said, who took care of Klunk?

Marx brothers, it surprises me the TMNT would reference them being a vaudeville act and thinking kids would get it.

Yep.

April and Casey, I guess. They were apparently making semi-routine trips to the lair during the one-year absence.

Powder 03-22-2017 04:55 PM

Thanks again, to both of you!
