Which doesn't tell us much of anything. I doubt they would put all of their ducks into a straight up Avengers prequel (which would be 8 years before it by the time this comes out) so my guess is some back and forth, yeah. My guess is we'll certainly see 'Lil Natasha, the Red Room or whatever and all that.

I really do like the Black Widow of the MCU. Winter Soldier really helped me warm up to her. That said, I can't help but wonder if we'll get any other major players from the MCU in this movie. I can't help but want to see some other superheroes involved, but it may not be what this film is going for.

That said, I'd love to see Black Widow be the guest star in a Spider-Man movie, should the Sony + Marvel deal continue on. I think there could be a lot of fun mined from playing with their difference in age, moral codes, and Peter totally having the hot's for her. I just think there's a lot of humor and heart there.

Captain Marvel - great character, movie worthy as long as it isn't politicized (it's like get over it people, we've had women led action movies basically even since the 60's).

Black Widow? Complete unnecessary as a stand alone film.

I would be MUCH more excited for this movie if it was done pre Endgame.

After Winter Soldier, Civil War, Infinity War, and Endgame, they're probably just really tired of sh*tting out MCU movies. I know I'd be. What is there left to be said?
