automatically resizing pics

Why can't this forum auto resize pictures to fit the forum? Every other forum I am apart of does this. its annoying when a pic is perfectly sized but I post it in this forum and the picture is huge.

Pretty much the only time Krang logs in is to wish the forum a happy anniversary on October 31, and I don't think he did even that this year.
