Disable Gifs?

Is there a disable gifs option somewhere in User CP? I swore there was, but I can't find it.

All I see is disable signatures and all images, nothing gif specific...but I'm sure you already knew that.

I think it'd be nice to have it like most modern websites where you are given an option to start any animated GIF with a click.

I don't know for sure it's something this board software supports, to be honest. I mean maybe vBulletin supports modern-er custom code but I don't know all what it actually can do under the hood. I haven't ran a board in like a decade so my understanding of what they can do today is lacking, and I don't remember any specific board software that I'd ever played with.

I've certainly seen more antiquated places than this, though.
