How about a private invite-only sub-forum where 'Dromers could discuss their sexual peccadillos?

Looks like it might be a necessity now, eh?

On the one hand, a sub-forum would be cool but really some of us (myself included) probably need to reign it in a fraction - the conversations have been getting a little risque lately, I can't argue with that.

We had that already (sorta), it became problematic & was shut down.

True the Volcanic Asteroid didn't end well.

I think it would be more... Moderate, if it was only " after dark" subjects, within a not too graphic language and politics & religion was still off the table.

But then again, we are the Technodrome Forums. : lol:

Aren't there like, a million other forums where you can discuss this stuff with people who actually want to talk about it?

I'm not sure why a TMNT forum with less than 100 active users and even a fraction of that actually wanting to discuss that stuff would be good.

i haven't noticed... but then again i've gotten good at avoiding threads that probably contain stuff i don't want to know... what has been read cannot be unread..

Take snake and me's word. Every thread in everything else is a haven for sexual deviancy now and it should go somewhere else.

It's just too bad Krang is barely around anymore.

If it was only accessible to the people that wanted to/were old enough to see it, I'd be all for it.

Anyway, I said before this thread was created that myself and others had went too far. But to be fair, it was only a couple of nights - it's not like we've been posting that way since we joined. It was a rare one-off and won't happen again.

Thirded for whatever it's worth. I don't care to know what people's fetishes are and what they do in their sexual lives. This is a TMNT forum not a porn site or Tumblr or any other place people go to talk about their sexual lives.

Topics that get hijacked into discussion of penises and pegging and what one would do if the changed gender, and all manner of porn just don't belong here.

Like it or not TMNT is a kids property. You want little ones reading some of this garbage?

Lol at the moral police. Look, Katie, most people were aware that it wasn't right to be doing seeing as young kids post here. That point was made repeatedly. But things escalated. It was a two night thing for most of us fuelled by tiredness and boredom and won't be happening again.

Your general argument is wrong anyway. You say it's a TMNT forum but the Everything Else section exists for non-TMNT related debate. I agree it was wrong and unsavoury but it's over now. And you know that you yourself have instigated some mind-numbingly boring discussions anyway.

Generally though, you guys are right and the discussion is over. It simply escalated. Some of the others don't care about possibly "offending" people, but I regret what was said, FWIW.

I think a sub forum would be fine for those who want it. I'm not bothered by the talk as I've heard stuff like that all of my life in high school and in college. Heck, I laughed when I read some of the posts, but if people want a sub forum of that, I say go for it. And if you don't want to talk about that stuff, then you don't have to visit said forum. It's for those who want to view it.

i'm not cubed... we share the same avatar sadly but i've had it almost since i joined and i'm not changing it now :);)...

and i rarely go to the everything else forum soooooo that explains why i haven't noticed. the super smash thread hasn't gone nasty and that pretty much the only one i go to lol.
