Why did Alpha One want to rule just Earth?
 

Being an artificial intelligence robot, why did Alpha One in the 1987-1996 animated TV series want to rule just Earth of all planets in the Universe? Before the Technodrome incident earlier in the episode, Alpha One just been an ordinary robot (with some light artificial intelligence since Foot robots could follow Shredder's instruction without any remote control).

Even if Shredder had used his Foot robots on Earth earlier, Alpha One's feelings for Earth make not much sense for me. The Volcanic Asteroid wasn't very small, so but nearest Dimension X planet would make more sense in such a case.

To me it just seemed like main goal was not conquering a specific planet, but just wiping out all organic lifeforms and earth just so happened to be the planet he saw as having the most organic life while he didnt see anything in Dimension X outside of the technodrome.

Alwys wondered what Alpha One would do when realizing the Technodrome or not even the Volcanic Asteroid wouldn't even fit the entire human population of New York City, to not even think of the total population of Earth...

Maybe also he intended so send other animals on Earth to Dimension X?

Especially not if he didn't know anything in Dimension X beyond the Volcanic Asteroid.

He had just received his super intelligence and it was Krang and Shredder who gave him the idea when they said they were trying to conquer Earth. The only real reason was because he was their intellectual superior and wanted to outdo them.

But Krang had tried to attack the Neutrino planet before (off screen even not just in "Four Turtles and a Baby").
