Hurricane Florence
 

Praying for the Carolinas and Virginia. I hope everybody secure their houses and get out if is necessary. Stay safe. And get away form her.
According to what I read Florence reminded a lot of another storm: the dangerous Hurricane Hugo.

Lucky for me it shifted south and then will swing in at the North Carolina/South Carolina border as it swings backwards slowly. This pushes it back form Thursday after dark into Friday to Monday morning getting 4 to 5 inches of rain. I may have dodged a bullet. There was talk about it being worse than Fran when I was a child.

My thoughts & prayers with everyone in this vicinity, hopefully everyone is safe or gets somewhere safe & hopefully the damage is minimal & recoverable.

Florence is approaching the Carolinas, but she is getting weak. That's good news.
