So, we have an official unofficial Drome Discord now for anyone who wants to join, we already have some old familiar faces dropping in so it could be a nice place to chat it up

Discord has a nice app interface or you can also just enter through the website, it's basically like a modern chat room but with the features you'd expect in 2018. It's one of the reasons many communities are there now so this can serve as a mini-drome in for when we are outside on the go and posting on the forums isn't as easy.

Not at all. So far everyone who's joined is like 30 or older. Most users of this forum are in that range.

I think the most that can be expected from me is Silliness in Art that otherwise feels awkward on the forum.

Probably because it's Sunday evening/night for most.

Most discords are only active at the start then people stop posting on them and then they're usually barren besides 3-4 people talking to each other.

I’m 35 years old. I have no idea what this discord thing is. What does it offer that the forums don’t? It sounds like a chat room about the technodrome forums? So a chat about a chat? Hope you kids have fun! Gosh, I’m old. :tconfuse:

I use Discord regularly for Pokemon Go. I joined the Technodrome group, for however active it ends up being.

Wasn't there a chat room here? did it just not take off?
I'm happy enough on here but might try this, not keen on using my lame username though.
