Really? That was nice of WWE to do that.

And I'm not saying to prohibit guns entirely. I'm just saying that certain guns should not be owned by people who really don't need them unless you're in the military or the police force.

Anyone see the press conference from the NRA I believe it was today? Saw bits on the news this morning and all I'll say is those people don't impress me much. They have and always will be a joke to me. Bunch of gun totin psychonuts

BubblyShell22 12-22-2012 08:13 AM

Nope, didn't see it.

On Impact, they had a short message about the shooting and how they were offering their condolences to the families affected. It was very nice.

I made this little tribute on my laptop a couple days ago.

BubblyShell22 12-23-2012 07:27 AM

Wow. Very nice tribute, Jeph.

50s : James Dean , Elvis

60s/70s : rock , esp bands such as Black Sabbath.....films such as Easy Rider was prolly quite taboo then

80s : horror films

90s : Beavis and Butt-head & Mortal Kombat

Always something to blame......

1920's, jazz

But was Beavis and Butt-head really compared with Mortal Kombat?

Hamato Yoshi 01-04-2013 02:24 AM

Nah , just mentioned it as parents prolly weren't too thrilled cuz of those 2 knuckle heads (some episodes were banned) :P

You actually think that guy shot up a school because of a 20 year old video game?

I know some places on Earth where people kill each other because of thousands of years old books.

BubblyShell22 02-02-2013 02:39 PM

I think it was more that he had a vendetta against his mom and felt that she was taking away all of his attention and paying more attention to her students than to him. I think that was one of the reasons he just snapped.

This was so sad, I pray for them all:tcry:
And sadly something like this is bound to happen again.

BubblyShell22 02-03-2013 07:47 AM

It has been happening a lot lately, which is just so sad. It's one of the reasons I detest watching the news.

Hamato Yoshi 02-20-2013 05:54 AM

Police think he could've been influenced by Anders Breivik (now there's a surprise......NOT

BubblyShell22 02-20-2013 08:04 AM

Yes, and violent video games according to what I heard. Yeah, right.
