I also think this is the reason. I remember this one time when he was gone a few days and when he came back the blog was like a war zone (mostly because of Armaggon). Ugh, terrible!

Murphy takes a lot of time out of his personal life to keep us fans updated about the goings on at Mirage. The least you can do is be grateful.

If your criticism is not constructive it's probably not wanted.

I think we might know who Armaggon is now.:P
Because if that person knew Steve on the level that some of us do they wouldn't say such a thing.
Not only is he a great friend but he cares allot about turtles hell even more than half the fans, Playmates toys or Peter laird himself half the time.
He's also a great family man so that persons comment has nothing to live off of.

Murphy is a great guy, he always takes time to update the blog, even when he's very busy. If you ask him a question by mail or on the blog, he always replies.

I only caught his blog towards the end but seeing what is turned into i think there might have been more contributing factors than that armaggon creepo... especially having seen some of the other blogs around... :(

As an Archie fan-boy, the fact that a troll uses the name Armaggon makes me very sad.

If Murph was only bothered with Armaggon, wouldn't he still be posting with just the comments turned off?

Me thinks it's not too hard to see there's more to it than that.

He did that, and stopped blogging for a while. When he came back it was with this new angle that really had next to nothing to do with the original material.

So I agree, but I still think it deserves a mention.

It just as easily could have been he became aware of the Turtle franchise's death and turned to other topics for solace. The toon dying and the end of the comics plus Playmates stupidity leaves little good news.

Either way, we should note it.
