As both episodes aired in the US on Nicktoons, I thought it was best to do a episode discussion.

I couldn't fit Warren and Hypno Sitting in a Tree in the title.

Thank you for opening this thread for folks who have seen it, I did a thread on it and I'll say it again the schedule sucks! Who the heck airs new episodes on a weekday and at that time of all times? If they have no faith in the show than why give the OK for it? Bleep.

Ask for the episodes themselves, seeing plot move along like that is fun and keeps some at the edge of their seat watching it unfold. I hated that we had two focused April episodes together like this, its just too much April for my liking. I did enjoy Leo's amusement at the double crossing got a crack up out of me. Younger kids are going to be confused about a certain villains relationship, or will they due to all the promoting shows they do these days?

At least we got some unusual interactions this time, Leo/Donnie and Leo/April was fun. Honestly, on Wiki it says Donnie and Leo butt heads but I don't see it. Is it me or does any one else get a Leo / Karai thing with Leo / Recruit?

Over all, it was enjoyable in my opinion. I enjoyed Leo's characterization.

Haven't seen these episodes. But from the TMNT's wiki, it looks like Warren Stone is back at square one. To specific, lost the gauntlet. But at least one good thing came out for him.

Apparently Warren and Hypno are a thing now.

It's obviously just a bromance with some throwaway gags, though. Funny stuff.

Warren and Hypno were... meh. Kind of super random that they're roommates all of a sudden and super close. Description didn't really live up to it, seeing how only Draxum really wanted to take the gauntlet.

Not on the turtlepedia.

After watching the episode I can see why.

They seem pretty in love or at least infatuated with each other.
I enjoy the episode though and honestly a majority of this silly show.
I know I'm one of few though.

Hypno has clearly missed his actual-hippo sidekick and helper though, so I guess he for some random reason has clung to Warren to fill that void. And maybe a bit clingy out of fear of losing another friend?

What happened to the actual hippo though, I'm not sure they ever said, right...? He's just gone?



Operation Normal... Kind of a cute ep, provided April gets to keep this new friend. The boots thing seemed a bit forced though, looking like regular boots until the baddies got their hands on them.

I watched Operation: Normal. And I wonder if it would be funnier if Sunita revealed to Leo and Donnie that Exploding Frankie is her dad. In an embarrassing tone.

Warren & Hypno, Sitting in a Tree. I really enjoyed this episode, lots of fun and bad a blast with action and humor.

And Warren and Hypno, they are clearly more then "just roommates". They are so affectionate and caring for each other, and it's not played to laugh at them.

Operation: Normal. Neon Leon and Donnie in grandma drag, good stuff. Best moment was Leo portaling the Foot from the pretzel stand. Cosplaying wizard's back and was funny, really hope we see more of Sunita

Warren and Hypno: I like how April idolized Warren Stone. A hint towards her future career.
