Who decides to close treads? And why?
 

I've found out that the tread Bring Back Irma was closed. I would understand that not many fans belive that she would come back as human, but in this tread there's has been a rain of insults and hate. Shouldn't this forum had a respect policy or something?

Some people just can't handle the awesomeness that is Kraang Sub-Prime.

People kept arguing about Irma and if she was going to come back or not. Naturally, the thread had to be closed down. Sorry.

No, it's done by Mods. Probably when they get sick of the back-and-forth, or somebody starts threatening to bash in somebody's skull with a crowbar. (Yeah, it happened. The threat, I mean, not the actual violence...)

The only ones who can lock threads are the Leader or Mod of the forums, but also you can ask him if you want a thread to be closed, including your own. In fact, Krang is the only one who can help with this. He helped me with a request to close my own thread after people were bullying me, even a Mod was making fun of me at the beginning, then himself, suggested me to ask Krang for help.

My problem was solved. No more bullies. Thank you, Krang.

Yep, Mods and Admins can close threads down. And it makes sense Cubed would come in here and try to be mod. He does that sometimes.

I still want to know why Amaranthus was banned. My thread asking why was locked before I was given an answer.

I have a hunch, I was going to PM you about it because I don't necessarily think it's appropriate to speculate publicly, but apparently you've got that feature turned off.
On that topic though, you should just PM a mod if you're so curious.
