Pacific Rim: The Black (Netflix)
 

So this came out on Netflix yesterday. It's oh-kay... but pretty much in the same vein of the 2nd movie that didn't do very well (i.e., bunch of idiot kids pilot some Jaegers again). It's not as weird as the Godzilla anime they put out a little bit ago but I don't see it reviving the franchise.

I didn't have much interest in watching so didn't expect much when I checked it out, turns out I liked it more than I thought I would. I'm happy to watch season 2 if they renew (if it isn't already?).

I didn't enjoy the second movie as much but I did like the first, decided to re-watch it after watching this show.
