Here's some cool art I found

The artist ingested 20 different psychoactive substances in 20 days and created a piece inspired by each

and the rest

Gunpowder 07-20-2017 02:17 PM

Damn, that's awesome.

TurtleWA 07-23-2017 02:54 PM

Cool stuff! Sorta reminds me of the lateralus artwork from Tool album.

ProphetofGanja 07-23-2017 05:07 PM

Right? I thought so.

Anyways, here's another series in a similar vein

I've always been interested in the way our perception of reality is influenced by the effects of chemicals and other substances

Could anyone find the ninja turtle in this art? ;)

Those look a lot like various Star Wars settings. Especially the middle one. It looks like the Gungan City (which is really freakin' awesome no matter how much a single character taints the entire society.)

RGB Murals that Transform under Different Colored Lights

Quote:

RGB is a work about the exploration of the ‘surface’s deepness’. RGB designs create surfaces that mutate and interact with different chromatic stimulus. RGB is an ongoing project that experiments with the interaction between printed and light colours. The resulting images are unexpected and disorienting.

The colors mix up, the lines and shapes entwine becoming oneiric and not completely clear. Through a colored filter (a light or a transparent material) it is possible to see clearly the layers in which the image is composed. The filter’s colors are red, green and blue, each one of them serves to reveal one of the three layers.

^ That's pretty awesome. It reminds me of anaglyph art. I might post something in here that is anaglyphed (if that's okay.)

Also Prophet, I dig these. Those are just too cool. http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/sho...25&postcount=7

It doesn't have to be abstract but let's keep fan art in fan art threads
