TMNT Image comics full run
 

Just was curious what a full run if the TMNT image comics was worth? All in NM condition.

Can't prove it, but I recall seeing one for like $1500 on ebay a few years back... no idea if it sold or the guy just took it down...

I've been wondering myself because I have the whole run, plus the Savage Dragon issues and the tpb for Bodycount and my gofundme hasn't done crap nor has selling (attempting) every other comic series I own.... So I might have to let go of the Turtles stuff too...

I sold my full volume 3 run for $160 shipped in 2012. But I think they may have gone up since then. Recently I sold #20 alone for $50.

There is one complete set (1-23, plus TMNT/Savage Dragon 1-2) on eBay right now with a Buy it Now of $300.

My guess is you could get $200-250ish for it.

Do you have 24/25?

Dang, missed it. I've been looking for 17-25 for some time now. Can't seem to find them for a decent price. :ohwell:

I know what they are. I just wanted to clarify, since Grendel was only selling 1-23 (which I bought for re-sale).

Grendel lives a few cities over from me. The comics lot arrived today. It is really between he and I what I paid. All I can say is that I paid what he was hoping to get for them, but by going outside of eBay he saved eBay and PayPal fees.

Grendel knows you sell it already for 400$ which you sure didn't pay?

Its okay guys.. I knew he was getting these for re sale when we made our deal. Unfortunately I was in a place where I needed the money quickly because I have been out of work due to having back surgery. I harbor no ill feelings towards him.

First of all I haven't already sold these for $400. If it gets to the point where I offer to sell these back to him (for the same price he sold them to me) he'd be stupid to do it unless he decided that he wanted his collection back. The few people who were interested in these seem to have disappeared back into the shadows.

If anyone needs individual issues I will be selling off 16-23 one by one. The others are listed in lots of 5 on eBay now. I've realized that selling these as a complete run is not going to maximize profit, as most people either have a near complete run and are only missing a handful of issues, or they already have a complete run. Most who don't are only going to want to drop $25 to $50 at a time if they are starting out.

1-16 and 22 still available for sale if anyone needs them.
