You know considering how 2k12 Mikey was voiced by Greg Cipes I'm surprised he wasn't turned into a vegan

newfan 02-01-2018 09:10 AM

He did reference Tofu Bacon (Mikey)

No they don't need to be Vegan, unless I am behind on things and the new thing is that all children should be?

That guy even feeds his dog a vegan diet, which...is a practice of debate among animal professionals.

I can see Leo or Mikey being vegetarian or vegan

k_lala 02-01-2018 09:55 AM

Maybe we need Raph to be gay to make all parties happy.

plastroncafe 02-01-2018 09:58 AM

...well that escalated quickly.

ColinStein 02-01-2018 09:59 AM

This reminds me of when they made the Cookie Monster not eat only cookies.

I'm for a gay Raph, why not?

I could easily see that being the case since
Spoiler:
they are so skinny in their designa for the 2018 show.

Andrew NDB 02-01-2018 10:15 AM

PETA can want whatever they want, it doesn't matter. They don't have any leverage over anybody.

Papenbrook 02-01-2018 10:46 AM

Give me my elderly Casey Jones or I'ma walk outta here.

Spoiler:
That was sarcasm, by the way.

neatoman 02-01-2018 10:48 AM

Or, you know, the Turtles could back to not obsessing over pizza? I'm pretty sure PeTA would be fine with that too.

Vegita-San 02-01-2018 10:59 AM

just...just stop.

hasn't turtles suffered enough? :)

sdp 02-01-2018 11:04 AM

It's sad that both the political spectrums consider veganism a thing to make fun of. Animal torture sure is fun.

1. No one here is making fun of veganism but the idea if PETA forcing the turtles to become vegan

2.Veganism doesn't really have anything to do with politics so I don't know why you are mentioning politics.

Candy Kappa 02-01-2018 11:17 AM

If you wanna be a vegan, you do you just don't force it on those who can not consent like carnivore pets.

PETA is well worth to mock with their VP's attitude that only she deserves insulin while others don't and that they support terroritsys that fire bomb labs

oldmanwinters 02-01-2018 11:35 AM

All existing things must be modified to accommodate the personal preferences of a vocal minority. :trolleye:

plastroncafe 02-01-2018 11:40 AM

Eh, that's kind of how things have always been though...

Regardless, I don't think there's anything wrong with an activist group reaching out to the creators of something popular and asking for consideration. That I've got no problem with.

I don't have a problem with veganism, for whatever reason.

I do have a problem with peta. They're a tirefire of an org, and always have been.

Well in the year 2018, I think they kind of do. Look on the news, I mean not PETA specifically but activist in general have been making change because of this. Or people force to resign from their jobs over who knows what.

We also live in a world where we need our emotional support peacock to travel with us. This did not exist 10 years ago, things have changed.
