Do you think all countries will cease to exist?
As a result of rapid globalization and multiculturalism, do you think that all countries will cease to exist?

Countries change, borders change and names change. The USA didn't always exist, the US took a piece of Mexico and expanded its border during its was with Mexico. African countries are mainly a result of Europeans dividing land among themselves and Norway used to be a group of chiefdom until united into one kingdom.
It's kinda ridiculous to think one's country will remain the same or even exist at all After thousand years or more. |
Because of "globalization and multiculturalism"? No... Countries and cultures are not the same. Cultures could be affected by just becoming a mish mash if people don't take pride in their own family heritage and preserve the parts that are important to them.
Countries will only cease to exist when they fail sooner or later. None can last forever. But others will eventually rebuild their own. (Unless, of course, the cause was apocalyptic.) Diversity is not going to make them fail. |
Who cares? Even if it does happen, most of us will probably be dead by then and I can only see it happening in the event of a huge natural disaster or something like that.

You believe in the Illuminati? Explains so much....
|
First of all, that phrase is always taken completely out of context. Also the Illuminati was originally intended to promote knowledge and enlightenment through democratic government. Washington and Franklin were among the first members, chartered in France IIRC. The new world order is meant to mean a one-government/economy future based on equality and peace for all. A bit of a stretch perhaps, but hardly the dark and iron-fisted vision some people take it to be. In other words, reaching for a Utopic society. That was one of the ideals that this country was founded on, and a goal of the Illuminati for all nations to aspire to. Illuminati literally comes from the Latin word "luminare" which means light. It means enlightened essentially.

Mrmaczaps, you are assuming that having only one government is a bad thing. It would really depend on what kind of govenment it is now wouldn't it? Obviously an order based on communism or a life-long leader like a monarchy would likely be bad but what if it was a counsil like the UN or a democracy like the US? Is that really the kind of government that would be despotic or subjugate its populace? Highly unlikely.
Also, ENOUGH with the frigging "cuck" tags! It's gone WAY beyond getting old to downright stupid. |
