Mona Lisa: What to Use?

Hey everyone! I want to make custom of 2012 Mona Lisa, but I don't know what to use as a base. Any ideas? I would like a base with either reptilian features or armor, but I can resculpt the entire thing too.

You could use the first april(not dimension x april) as a base with parts from the newtralizer.
