TMNT Topps trading card line with Sketch Cards.
It would feature the cartoon and three movies. The sketch cards would do very well especially with the comics collectors. Everyone seems to be after original artwork. There would also be auto cards from the artists/actors as with the Star Wars sets. It would appeal to comic/TV/movie TMNT collectors and cover a nice chunk of the TMNT fanbase.
I realize that TMNT cards are not as popular with collectors (as toys) but I would think that the sketchcards would fuel sales as they have with similar products from other brands.
