So I read the DC Nation one-shot, which has another Bendis penned story, and the status quo is taking shape. Lois is AWOL, Perry is pissed off, Clark is'nt talking about it, and we meet a new reporter character (black) called Robinson Goode. According to interviews with Bendis, she'll be Clark's new rival.
From tweets shared by Bendis, it's also apparent that Lois and Jon are transported off-world by Clark's father Jor-El, possibly to evade the wrath of the new adversary Rogul Zarr.
It looks like Bendis is trying to revive the classic Superman/Clark Kent dynamic with the new character but will eventually bring Lois and Jon back once the time comes to catch up to Doomsday Clock.
