Yes, I have the same issue with mine. I've contacted NECA CS, they sent me a link to youtube where they show how to fix loose joints using furnitures polish, but to fix this one you have to separate the front shell first , so, unless you're an expert in this kind of operation, I suggest you not to do it. Then mine is not that bad, I can keep it in erect position lowering the belt so that the front shell is a little more tight.
