Awesome list, but a few nitpicks -
Episode 89 "Still Nobody" - I don't have the proof myself, but I've heard tell that it was based on the backup story in the original TPB of
Tales Vol. 1. Someone else should check on that.
Episode 101 "Adventures In Turtle-Sitting" - I'm surprised you didn't mention it, but the design for Monster Don is exactly the same as Monster Raph from Volume 4.
And of course
Fast Foward features a future with aliens living on Earth, similar to the one introduced in Volume 4.
