This brainy guy who deep down is kind of pathetic really and could have done so much more and better with his life, but gets tangled up in all this garbage and it's entirely his own fault because he's a bit sadistic and chose the dark side. What annoyed with Baxter in the FW series is that he was clearly tricked into thinking the Turtles were responsible for what happened and most always never got a lucky brake. His IQ level got worse and worse. Even when in his last appearance he almost turned himself back but the Turtles destroyed the mutagen gun which is pretty cold of them to do that.
