Yeah I just found Muckman and Crimson Leader at a Fred Meyer, too. It's weird because they take foreverrrrrrr to restock and in fact they still have two purple-back figures hanging on the pegs.
I've still not seen Armaggon or heck, anything after the first wave of OotS, but those are never coming back.
