I'm going on a whim here, as I'm in no way an expert on this. However, if you seriously think Nintendo is willing to do business with Konami, the current gaming punchline, then that's not happening. I don't trust them, despite them at one point being one of my favorite companies. Same goes with Nickelodeon; Konami odds are would want big money.

As with the NES Classic, the game selection is really underwhelming, they're games some people have a way to access, either by Virtual Console or previous collections. The only big takeaway is Star Fox 2
finally being released.
