Sadly that's true. I know what you're going through, kinda, TMB. My dad was the same way, so I no longer speak to him. Infact, I hear he's been laid off from his job of 30+ years. I was thrilled when I got that news. Anyway, back to you.
Is there anyone you could move out with? I know it's the only way I can afford to leave home. Give it a try. You might have to cut back your videogame spending, but for what you'll get it's worth it.
