I was kind of wondering about the date as well. Since it seems to be the next morning?
I could see maybe neighborhoods deciding to have a do-over since it was ruined for literally everyone and prob have plenty of candy left to be given out, but not that the Turtles should even know it yet...
Would have loved maybe a bonus episode with April and Casey letting them know and we get a real Halloween episode for once. (Maybe they could just do a Scooby-Doo type mystery solving while getting in some Trick or Treating. Throw in a haunted house as part of it.)
