I should've known!! The first one is from Superhero For A Day and the second is from "Planet of the Turtles", one of my all-tie favorite episodes.

Actually, the first is pretty good too!! These are among Season 4's episodes that were added to syndication while the CBS run was in Season 5 or 6.
