Well, I guess I'm out of my mind, because I'd rather watch either of those than see this movie again.
TMNT 2 is
very mixed, but has some solid moments. There's potential there, though most of it's squandered. The end is awful. But I'd rather watch that again than this movie.
TMNT 3 is equally incompetent as the new movie, in a very different way. It's cheap-looking and stupid, but that makes it bad in a way I can laugh at. Like an old B-movie. This new movie doesn't give me that. It's got serious money behind it, but still manages to be a dull, obnoxious bore from start to finish. It has little potential from a creative/ideas standpoint and spends a lot of money making a bad, forgettable story. That's much worse.
