I really hope that whatever it is, it's not yet another set of the turtles in another style.
Flesh out one of the existing lines - Mirage or Cartoon preferred.
The way he was hyping it though - just more characters doesn't make sense to me. But you know what WOULD be jaw dropping and game changing?
THE TECHNODROME. It'd also go with the Dimension X set. Built in repaint for cartoon and video game styled.
So yeah, that's my guess. Technodrome.
