you're absolutely right!
"general" as in "no other place for it".
since this is specifically about action figures received in the mail by people who buy and collect them, it would go in the toys/collectors section, since we have one specifically for that purpose. seewutimeen?
oh, and you're welcome. as a kid, i always loved samurai raph, but never had the chance to own any of the movie 3 figs. glad to see they're still fairly widely available.
