Go to the link on the left middle that says, "CREATE A CUSTOM CASE" and you can do flap box style boxes, or any size. I have found however, like with the Sewer Lair Playset, there becomes a weight to plastic ratio where the bottom slideout floor begins to give way. I think the Sewer Lair playset is slightly too big for custom boxes. I'd say getting it graded by AFA is probably the way to go at that point.
