I didn't even know TRU was so big outside the US, I mean it's not huge but until this thread I didn't know it had stores in Europe but also in Asia, I think Latin America is the only place it doesn't have a presence which is really odd they'd skip it.

Anywho, it's still won't be the end of TRU, they're only likely filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy which allows them to re-negotiate their debts and many companies are able to though not all, counting TRU has been having trouble for a while it'll be more difficult but it'll still be a slow death if it indeed dies, just look at K-Mart still hanging in there and it filed for Ch. 11 many years ago, K-Mart is not a good example as I think TRU still has a chance of surviving if the are smart. Also the doom of TRU doesn't mean the end of TRU elsewhere, just take a look at Radioshack, it's dead in the US but through contracts or it still exists in other parts of the world.
