& i finally pinpointed where my Dexter's Laboratory figure came from specifically, it was manufactured by 'Trendmasters' and came with "Dexter's Walking Robot":

Apparently they had a lot of other cool Cartoon Network figures planned down the line besides Dexter's Lab, like 'Johnny Bravo' and 'Cow & Chicken' aswell, which were produced for show at a toy fair but sadly never got mass produced:
