Yeah, hourly (however much per hour) and salary (a fixed amount, i.e. if you made $50k a year no matter how many hours you put in). And lets not forget commission in sales, where they may be paid a lower rate than minimum, but if they make a big sale they may take home a nice chuck of cash for that day (in the next paycheck of course), or they may spend all day and earn next to nothing if no good sales made.
