It's bizarre, because the one near my job is doing it in-store. The manager specifically told me and several others, "Don't bother with the website, just come in and drop $20 to reserve all four. You have until February to pay it off and you don't need to pay shipping this way."
I mean, NJ rules for lots of reasons, but I'unno. I guess some GameStops are doing in-store and some aren't, but that's a bizarre policy.
