The helmet on the Shredder was misassembled. You can tell the crest is off just by looking at it. When I removed the figure, I noticed that the crest on one side wasn't glued onto the helmet properly...instead of pegging into the slot on a helmet, the crest was just glued on next to the slot, resulting in the whole thing being off-center.
I suppose I could have just sold it anyway, and told the buyer, "Tough luck," when he/she discovered the imperfection.
But I'm pretty OCD, and I also don't want to knowingly sell someone an expensive item that's flawed in a way that I wouldn't accept it myself. Bad karma and all that.
